The real estate market is doing great! Even before the flood we have an influx of people moving into the Greeley. There has been a long shortage of rentals and the inventory of homes for sale has been low. The flood displaced up to 600 families. This has only added to the shortage.

The water has pretty much retreated to below flood stage, but still flowing high. The river, in some places has changed its course. Crews are working, where needed, to put it back into its pre-flood course.
