"Quiet Street to Come Home To"

Gothic Manor Way is the main thoroughfare in Westland Manor Subdivision located in what's commonly called the "Westland/Ebenezer" area of Knoxville. It's in what qualifies as West Knoxville, but has more of a "Bearden" feel than a "West Knoxville" feel.

The homes on the street are a mix of tract-style homes, but are very stylish and nicely finished. The subdivision is an PUD (planned urban development) and the homes are very much a condo style of living. All exterior maintenance is included and so is the lawncare. The inside of the homes are all on you for upkeep and maintenance. Most of the homes are in the $225k-325k range.

Most of the residents are homeowners with only a few renters living toward the back of the property. The subdivision includes a clubhouse and pool, but as of this writing, they remain unfinished with not concrete completion date in site.

The neighbors are a little on the older site with quite a few households of retirees or middle-aged residents. There are several households of thirty-somethings and only a few of them have young children.

It's a very quiet, laid-back and relaxed place to live and the homeowners seem to take a great deal of pride in the appearance of their homes without going over the top and being all "wysteria-lane" about it.
