"another family friendly street"
This street is great for families of all kinds. Those with young kids are a growing population, but there is still a good number of those with kids the age of the parents that are now moving into this great neighborhood. It is nice because the older people act as grandparents and parents to the new families. There is someone for everyone to relate to, and when neighbors get together you would think they were all one big family, rather than just neighbors.

"Quiet, family-oriented street in established neighborhood"
This is a quiet, residential street in the Oak Forest neighborhood. The houses were built in the fifties and young families are beginning to move to this family-friendly neighborhood. Many of the homes on this street are from the 1950s but big, new construciton is popping up on this street as well as the surrounding streets. This street is close to a Texas Exemplary elementary school. A grocery store is within walking/biking distance and there are a few coffee shops and restaurants within a few miles of the street.
