"Residential and fairly noisy"
If you sit on your roof you can see the ocean, but you'll also get to watch traffic race by on 15th Ave W. The cement walls in front of most of the houses and apartment complexes provide little relief from the constant rush of cars, and it doesn't sound like ocean waves. The neighborhood, for technically being on Queen Anne, is less than standard for the area. The construction is old and looks run down, the road is constantly in need of repairs and the neighborhood is pretty questionable. I lived there for a spell after I got out of college and found that it wasn't that friendly of a neighborhood, which was surprising given Queen Anne hill's reputation.
