"On it's way up"

Since rents are rocketing to sky high prices, Bed Stuyvesant is a good place to move to if you are a young student looking for cheap rent. Gates avenue is still pretty tough, but as the neighborhood prices become more and more demanding, lots of young people have moved to this area to save money.
