Sadly, the apartments are still kind of pricey considering this area was conceived of in hell. A one-bedroom starts at around $1800 - $2000 and the sky's the limit for how high up they can go. A lot of "luxury condos" have gone up in the neighborhood over the last few years that will charge upwards of 4 or 5 grand for a one-bedroom. If you can afford that, don't live in this area.
