Do most of the subdivisions in Fort Collins have HOAs?

What is the average monthly/yearly charge?

Most of the newer neighborhoods do but not always. Cost also vary quite a bit. Some are very restrictive and others not so much. Is an HOA an issue for you? What are your concerns?

Very much depends on the age of the subdivision. I would love to give you an answer of either yes or no, but since there is such a variety of neighborhoods in Fort Collins, there is no clear cut answer.

As a general rule of thumb, any subdivision newer than the late 1980's probably has some sort of active HOA. If you have one in specific you're curious about, please let me know and I'll find out for you.
