Absolutely! There is truly something for everybody here.
Rafting; Biking; Mountain Biking; Big, Gorgeous City Park; City Park Pool and Paddle Boats; First Friday Art Walks; Martinez Farm for the Kids; New Discovery Museum; Breweries; New Belgium Outdoor Films; Free Music Events; Great Foodie Places; Etc, Etc.!
The DBA alone annually produces over 100 days of free programming and events providing a traditional hometown feeling and civic pride for the Fort Collins community. http://downtownfortcollins.com/events/
If you can't find something to do in Fort Collins in the summer - you aren't seriously looking!
