"Woods and Money"

The neighborhood of Forest Lake Drive is a very affluent neighborhood in Vidalia Georgia. The home prices range from approximately one to 5 million and at that price point, there are certain expectations regarding safety, cleanliness, and accessibility. Forest Lake Drive meets those expectations and more.

The homes rest on sprawling tree laden lots that are beautifully maintained. The traffic in the Forest Lake area is relatively minimal considering that the entirety of the community is off the beaten path. Even with the prices of these homes, resale value is not the greatest given the overall condition of the national housing market. Forest Lake Drive is a relatively homogeneous community. There are good schools in the area, and residents are able to take advantage of local conveniences including shopping, entertainment and fine dining.
