"The Excitement begins"
Great urban upbeat area. Great Local stores. Easy access to public and private tranportation. Minutes from JFK airport and major hotels. Highway access to Manhattan and other boroughs. Foot traffic with local and commercial vehicle access. Local kids and adults interaction. Public schools, Post office, area hospitals.Busy during normal business hours.Quiet after dark.Upper to middle class income families friendly.

"Nice area near park"
This area is a nice area to relocate to. With row houses alining the streets, Foch Blvd. The park is locate directly across the street with baseball feild to complete the reacreational activities. The neighborhood seems very nice and quiet. And the local eateries are cheap and different. I recommend this area.
