I was at the Royal Gorge Brewing Company a couple of years ago when visiting the Royal Gorge and it is pretty good, although I thought the beer was better than the food.

yeah there is the Royal Gorge Brewing Company Brewery in downtown Canon City, it is a restaurant too and pretty good!
