Whats it like living in the Financial District neighborhood of New York City?

It's pretty boring. People really only go there to work. And, the large majority of people that live there do so because they work there. It's (as the name would indicate) where all the finance / business buildings are so it shuts down to a certain extent at night. And, during the day it's packed -- and, not the good kind of packed. It's the kind of packed where you can't get past the tourists and you get run over by the bankers. It's the oldest part of the city, though, so the historical landmarks and architecture are stunning.
