This street is in an awesome neighborhood with large well developed trees, large sidewalks and beautiful homes. It is centrally located near many excellent parks such as the Denver City Park and Cheesman Park. An excellent neighborhood for any family, couple or seniors. Close to everything that you could possibly want including great theatres, shopping, golf, restaurants, entertainment, schools and hospitals. This is a great street to take a stroll or bike. Mercy Medical Center and the University of Colorado Hospital is nearby. You can walk to many of the things you enjoy. I highly recommend this neighborhood for everyone of all ages.
