"Clean and Serene"

Erskine Place was somewhat surprising to me with its activity and offerings. There were small stores with great clothes, many service businesses, and professional offices on this street, not to mention being adjacent to Pelham Bay Park. This neighborhood is great and the street with its view of the park was amongst liveliest... not mention one of the cleanest!
