Considering study at Keneddy King College

Hello.

I am from Venezuela and I am considering moving to Chicago to study at Kennedy King College, but I am a little afraid for all the things that I have read about Kennedy King College and Englewood. All the things are bad, problems with aggravated assaults and forcible sex offenses. How can I not be afraid if I will be moving alone! If someone can told me if the things are true or if is not that terrible as I read.
