"Nice street and quiet"

This is a great area in Los Angeles it has a lot of apartment with parking too! There is street parking and it's not by permit so that a great plus for visitors. There are always people walking their dogs in the neighborhood and its very green too. You'll have to do a little walking to get to public transportation but it is accessible and the area is not overrun with liquor stores or fast food restaurants. People are friendly but its not a lot of foot traffic since most people drive everywhere they go.
