"On Elmira Avenue"

This is a fairly convenient street in Queens, with several small businesses, ranging from consultancy businesses to realty firms. It was not the most eventful street and I wasn't really all that impressed. The nearest subway is very far away, so I think a car is needed. All in all, not worth taking a look.
