"complete slum. run screaming."

moved here 2 years ago, and it's only gone downhill. we're close to UD campus, which is nice, but this specific neighborhood and the surrounding areas suck. brookside, whispering pines, and kensington are all complete slums. it's full of (literally) crack dealers - at least 2 live within sight of my front door, kids who scream and fight at 3am on weeknights, and just a generally bad group of people. maybe not all the houses are like this, but if i had kids, i wouldn't feel safe letting them play outside. the overall feeling of the neighborhood to me is "how quickly can i move out of here"
