"Green and private!"
The motto for Fountain Valley is “A Nice Place to Live”. It is fabulous when mottos are spot on and this is definitely the case here!
El Gorra Circle is walking distance to Mile Square Park which has endless recreation activities available to you, including walking around the square (that would be a four mile walk, for those of you who are not math geniuses out there :-p). El Gorra Circle also has it own twenty-two acre park within the community, which is known as the “Green Belt”.
The neighborhood is quiet and full of very friendly people. There are always lots of places for parking except for during the holidays when people are either utilizing Mile Square Park or the Green Belt. However, the good thing is that the neighborhood El Gorra Circle is in blocks out all non-residents and provides parking passes for guests of the neighborhood, which is great when you are trying to enjoy the pool!
And, if being surrounded by smiling people and beautiful greenery is not enough, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, schools and the local hospital are all within one square mile! And, if you go a little farther, the beach is just about a fifteen minute drive away!
