"convenient parking for downtown and government workers"

Elk Street connects Chambers St, Reade St, and Duane St in downtown Manhattan. This street mainly serves as access to the various government buildings nearby, the Courthouse, US Court of Appeals, and NYC Supreme Court. It is mostly useful to people who work in this area as a shortcut. There is some parking available off this street, which is hard to come by in this area.
