Other than the Coke museum, are there any other museums or tourist attractions in Elizabethtown?

Elizabethtown is the site of the film with Orlando Bloom, so that is a bit of a tourist attraction for the town in general, though I think Hardin County History Museum is more of a draw than that. There's plenty to do and see here if you live here or visit.
