"Absolutely beautiful residential neighborhood."

This street has large well developed trees, but because the street is so wide it still receives lots of sun. It is such a lovely neighborhood with very nice sidewalks and grass in between the sidewalks and the road. The houses are very well taken care of as well as the yards. With great schools, shopping and hospitals nearby you cannot miss with this neighborhood. The Denver City Park is very close by with the Duck Lake and City Park Lake making it an excellent place to visit. Mercy Medical Center and the University of Colorado Hospital are both very close.
