There are so many undeveloped spaces in the East Norwich area where people bring their dogs. The Bailey Arboretum, 10 min away, in Locust Valley allows dogs on leash. They have beautiful hiking trails through the woods as well as manicured grounds. It is a lovely, tranquil 40 Acres. If you go a bit further East to the Town of Huntington, you can visit Coindre Hall on Browns Road. Coindre Hall allows dogs off leash. It is 33 Acres of un-fenced open fields sloping down to the waterfront. Dogs can run and play in the fields or go for a swim in the Harbor!
