East Lafayette Pl, Northpoint

I was visiting a friend in Milwaukee and his girlfriend lived on this street. It's not like it's the most fabulous area on earth, although as I've said before, Milwaukee is one of those Midwestern cities where I have never once felt in danger. I guess Midwesterners and specifically people from Wisconsin tend to be pretty nice and peaceful, unless you insult the Packers. Anyway, Lafayette Pl. and Farwell is the area I'm talking about here and there was a great middle eastern restaurant called Abu's. I would recommend this to anyone in the area, it's surprising that there'd be a great Arab restaurant in Milwaukee but the city is full of surprises.
