"Established neighborhood"

This is a great place to raise a family. We built our house in 1976 and love the place. We have an abundance of old trees and the surround families put money into their homes. Until the recent first time buyer tax money became available we didnt see many folk moving, but now we have a couple of nice young families moving in and its has created a wonderful place to meet and greet.

We are just about a mile from the interstate, shopping, and a great hospital. The schools continue to win awards and recreation is abundant. The Loveland bike trail is a big plus and runs on the old railway system. It runs from downtown Cincinnati to Xenia OH. (maybe further).

The neighbors stick together, and welcome new families. Block parties, parades and more. But if you want to turn your yard into a private retreat then go ahead. We have a nature preserve in our yard!
