"The east side..."

East Grant Place in San Mateo, CA is the other side of the brother and sister half of the neighboring West Grant Place. Just like its neighbor, it can only be accessed via South Grant Street at either the south or north ends. East Grant Place is not too different from its west-end counterpart as both areas are primarily residential with one to two story houses.
