"Kind Of Run Down"

This street has a lot of traffic, a few doctor's offices, and lots of fast food. The traffic is usually medium to heavy, and it looks pretty run down. The street doesn't feel particularly safe, and it doesn't look like anyone cleans the sidewalks. Overall, it fills a few needs, but I try to avoid it if possible.
