"Nothing really here, besides a hospital"
The streets in the Upper East Side that are close to the Puerto Rican(/Dominican/Mexican) community of Harlem tend to be mostly residential and rather boring. If you’re looking for an apartment building that’s had a boiler violation issued, you can probably find it on this street. This street may be close to the Upper East Side, but it is part of a different world completely. Many residents are part of the middle class that can no longer afford rents in other parts of the city.
