"Busy street - beware for residents"
This isn’t just a little street – it’s a major two way street on both sides of Manhattan. It goes through Central Park and is basically an important artery to get from the Upper East Side to the Upper West.
The American Museum of Natural History is on this street – but you can’t get to it from this street, as the museum literally occupies the space where the street would be between Central Park West and Columbus Ave.
There’s a train stop here, so it’s an ideal place to stay if you’re visiting and like to be in the middle of a busy place, but the traffic may not be ideal for a potential resident. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night, though.

"East 79th Street"
East 79th street is a thoroughfare from 1s avenue to the beautiful Central Park. The real estate here was prime, though expensive. any building have doormen and if you are young start up professional, this street would be perfect for those living with roommates or for young couples. Once again, the area is filled with new arrivals, not in fashion, bit in children! After a day of walking in New York City, on 79th, yo'll envy the chauffeured existence of the children.
