"Near Hunter College, resident-friendly street"
Most of the businesses on this street are pretty commercial – like a maid service – and there are also a few health care businesses as well.
Shabu-Shabu is on this street; it’s a Japanese restaurant that is close to Hunter College, and sort of caters to a student sort of crowd (they have movie posters on the walls).

"70th street has all the necessities"
There is a Tasti-Delite on 3rd Avenue which is a great thing. It’s a quiet upscale residential area. Anything you need is in walking distance. There are a Bolton’s clothing store, nail salon, deli and a Food Emporium, just to name a few things. Catching a cab is easy in this area because taxis frequent the Upper East Side. 70th street is walking distance to the 6 train. This is a safe street during the day and night. Not alot of action goes on here.
