I do not recommend this street to anyone. This street is lined with homeless people and a whole homeless community. People were just drug dealing out in the open while I was driving by. It is almost like a whole homeless community lives here. There are a lot of clinics and shelters in this area and they are so full to capacity that the people spill out onto the streets. These are the many forgotten people of Los Angeles and this is a really bad area. It is very dirty and looks tragic.
