"Not Too Bad But Also Not Too Good"
This is a mixed bag area. You get various looks and appeals. When I traveled down the road I saw areas that looked dirty. I also saw areas that looked clean. I think it is up to you to determine what looks good for you.
To me, this is not much of a street to live on, but your taste may be different. But there is one thing I can say, is that for the parts that are nice looking, there are patches of green and nice looking buildings.
