"A Short Stretch of a Four Lane Road"
East 241st Street is a big street. It is actually a 4-lane road. If you travel down East 241st Street you will notice it changes into Wakefield Avenue in one direction and Baychester Avenue in the other.
E. 241st Street is more of a commercial area. It contains a bunch of stores on one side, and a combination of greenery and commercial establishments on the other side. It is mainly a street to travel on and not to live there.

"East 241st Street"
With an elementary school, a McDonald’s, and a few churches, this street was very much a place to call home to many people here in the Bronx. I thought that it was worth the trek from the midtown area, if you were used to living on this side of town. I’m still turned off by the urban planning in the city and how it all seems to be dictated by the downtown area. I wish there were more attractions in the boroughs.
