East 23rd St, Midwood

Walking though this neighborhood, I completely forgot that I was in New York City. Like something out of a midwestern dream, this cross street, lined with trees and people walking their dogs, was a wonderful place to start a life in the city. It’s expensive, so you must be well-established and interested in owning a home. With nearby Bedford Avenue and Avenue I, you'll very easily find a lot of shopping and things to do. All in all, a good street in Brooklyn.
