"Not a Bad Street to Live On"
Overall, East 199th Street is not a bad street to live on. It mainly contains apartment buildings, but it does have a couple of churches and some stores along the way. Although I did not see any schools on the street, I did see a school bus drop off kids, so there has to be a school nearby.
Based on what I have seen, this street is good for retired people who like to do community work at the local church, or for single people who like to get involved in church activities.
