"Lots of Stores and Clean Neighborhoods"
The part of E. 167th Street between 3rd Avenue and Webster Avenue is mainly commercial buildings, factories, manufacturing facilities, and some residential buildings.
When you get to Webster Avenue, you are now in the commercial zone. All you see for a long stretch are stores, one after another. And this is found on both sides of the block. If you like shopping, you will like hanging around E. 167th Street between Webster Avenue and Teller Avenue.
After you get past Teller Avenue, the road widens around and becomes mainly a residential neighborhood. However, this area is really nice looking.
