Shannon, is it YOUR first time in NYC? that address is in the very South Bronx, very cute area of mostly brick warehouse conversions, that looks like the next DUMBO.

That address is in Manhattan, not the Bronx. I'm not sure what is over there. It's so-so, but if you've never been to NYC, I'm not sure why that would be your first spot.
