"An East Harlem street that is starting to improve."

This street in east Harlem has been going through a lot of renovations over the years. Developers have been going into Spanish Harlem and trying to revitalize it so the apartments in this areas can be sold to young hipsters. I love this street because of the restaurants and the culture in the area. It is very hard to find parking on this street though. This street is fairly clean, but sometimes feel a little unsafe.
