Nice, quiet and peaceful place. Decent 2-4 bedroom houses. A decent amount of greenery. But the park is what makes it ideal for families. Tons of activity to be had. Cheery and active neighbors. overall the place is great for families if you've got kids its especially easy to take them out for a stroll in the park or if you just want to get some fresh air.
