"great view"
Drumm Street is a good street because it has a great view of the bay. Drumm street is located near the bay so that is a good thing. Also there are alot of building that have nice architecture which makes the street look nice. A great street if you like admiring the buildings and the bay.

"Near the bay...."
Drumm st. is located pretty close to the bay area and it also features Embarcadero Plaza which is a nice place to see. The architecture of the buildings in the area are nice and slimming. I don't know I just love architecture and loved the structure of the buildings.
