"Nice, Newer Neighborhood"
Like most of Alameda, Dolphin Court is absolutely beautiful, from the architecture to the beautiful vistas. Alameda has a lot of beautiful architecture, including the Victorian architecture. Dolphin Court, however, does not have any Victorian houses, but rather new, Mexican stucco style houses. It is such a beautiful sight. I lived here for a few months and loved it. Nice and sunny all the time, with the California relaxed feel that everyone loves. The houses are pretty big and not too expensive, compared to much of Cali. Alameda borders Oakland, but Dolphin Court is far enough away from the crimeland that everyone could live here!

"cute neighborhood, pretty homes"
Dolphin Court is in an upscale newer residential development. The homes are very attractive with gorgeous lawns and landscaping. This street somehow seems more diverse architecturally than on other nearby streets. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly families, a good area to walk and play with your children and family.
