Dock Avenue is very useful if you work in the area. Of course it is the entrance to all the docks which do have the redeeming quality of being directly on the waterfront. If you find yourself working in the area, you will have all of the conveniences of being in Brooklyn, the wonderful restaurants, cafes, entertainment and services.
