As of 2011, the median home/condo price in Dillon was $439,854 while the median home/condo price in Breckenridge was $459,106. I believe Breck has always been higher than Dillon, but the prices in Dillon are steadily increasing when compared to Breck. What's really something to think about is that back in 2000, the prices were all about $200,000 less than they are now. Crazy, huh?
