"convenient, quiet side street of Park Ave."
I lived on Park Avenue and Darwin Street for several months a couple of years ago. Its a great street to live on, its always quiet with friendly neighbors. Some of the places are rentals so you will occasionally get the college age party that will cause noise. As I mentioned earlier, Park avenue and its abundant nightlife and dining are near, as is I-490 and its 10 minute drive to the airport. Overall, a quality little street in a good section of Rochester.
