"Dalmatia Place is a street with some newer homes in an older neighborhood. "

The houses on Dalmatia Ave. are really cool. They were mostly built in the 1990's so you have the amenities of the 90's in a very established older neighborhood. These homes are medium sized on smaller lots so they are perfect for middle class families. Of course many great schools, parks, shopping and highway access are close by.
