"Beautiful single story homes in quaint Sunnyvale neighborhood."

Cypress Avenue in Sunnyvale, California is a quaint and quiet neighborhood perfect for everyone. Large and well maintained trees provide plenty of shade. Almost every house has a well groomed yard and nice sidewalks. Close to everything that families need such as good schools, restaurants, hospitals, jobs, and entertainment. Perfect for everyone of all ages and great for commuters that use Highway 101.
