"Beautiful and quiet neighborhood!"
I love this area! It rests on a hill above Yorba Linda and is filled with beautiful greenery! The homes are all unique (not cookie cutter at all) and every one is super friendly. There is plenty of parking on the street, which is great, as most people in this area have RVs or boats they store temporarily there. It is a great area to raise your family, as most streets around it end in cul-de-sacs that offer safety zones for your children to play in.
The only downside to this area is you have to drive a little bit to get your grocery shopping done; it is not too far, though, and once you reach that general area, every grocery store, fast food joint, nail salon or Laundromat you could ever want is right there. And, at the bottom of the hill, is the world famous "Canyon Inn", a dive bar that is very popular with the locals and features a band most weekend nights. Just be careful driving around here at night as many of the Canyon Inn’s patrons that live close by tend to drive home when they probably should not be. Once you get up in the hill, though, it is so quiet, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere! Love it!
