"On Crest Avenue you live in the city and in a park. "

I really love the houses on Crest Avenue. For the most part these houses are 2-4 bedrooms on medium size lots. These houses usually cost around 500k which makes them perfect for middle class families. This neighbor hood is less than 1 mile away for school, hospitals and shopping. My favorite thing is that many houses have a huge park as a back yard.
