Is parking a problem in Cow Hollow, San Francisco?

Parking in Cow Hollow, San Francisco is about as bad as it gets in the city. You have to have a parking permit to get a space at all, but even if you do you are likely to have a problem finding any parking anywhere on the streets. Even worse is that there just aren't enough parking lots in the area.

Definitely the kind of place where you are almost beter off not having a car if you are not one of the lucky ones that have a street-level parking garage under your flat.
