Suggestions for places/areas to move in this great neighborhood

I am very interested in moving my family to this neighborhood...after researching the middle school, I am sold! Now I need to find a rental. Preferably a 2 (if basement) or 3 bdrm close to Cory- Merrill. If anyone out there has any suggestions as to how to go about this it would be greatly appreciated! I have been in my current home for 8 years now an I am out of the loop : ) I won't be looking to rent until around July of this coming summer, I would like my daughter to finish up her year at her current school before I uproot her!
